Refund policy

Returns (our return policy in short)

• Contact us before returning any items.
• Most of our products are custom designed, and we do not accept returns for these products. Naturally, if there is an error on our part, we will promptly send a replacement that correctly reflects your order.
• For non-personalized products you can return the product within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The cost of return shipping is borne by you as a customer.
• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.
